1. Scope of Arboricultural Services

San Antonio Tree Care provides professional arboricultural consultation, tree trimming, hazardous tree removal, stump grinding, oak wilt mitigation, and emergency storm response across Bexar County, Texas, and authorized contiguous territories.

2. Written Estimates & Scope Agreements

All non-emergency tree care services are initiated following an on-site evaluation by an authorized arborist. Final work scopes, pricing factors, debris haul-off arrangements, and property protection plans are detailed in a written scope of work prior to cutting.

3. Electrical Utility Safety Protocols

In accordance with Texas safety regulations and utility guidelines, our crews do not handle or prune branches directly contacting energized primary high-voltage electrical distribution lines. Clearance of primary utility lines must be performed or coordinated with CPS Energy or regional power co-ops prior to tree work.

4. Independent Entity & Non-Affiliation

San Antonio Tree Care is an independent company and is not affiliated with any business that previously used this web address.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
